Small Group Reformer Class
This sixty minute class uses external resistance in the form of springs to increase your strength, flexibility, and coordination. The goal of this class is an integrated full-body workout that aligns and balances your muscles. While the springs can be used to increase the difficulty of the exercise, they can also be used to assist one through the movement, making this class accessible to a large range of fitness levels.

By keeping our classes small we guarantee individual attention to each participant. Many injuries and limitations can be easily modified for in this small group setting. We do, however, recommend completing 4-10 private sessions before beginning group classes if there are significant physical injuries or limitations at hand.

Classes will begin with a core-based Mat warmup followed by a full-body session on the Reformer. This piece of apparatus provides a fun-filled workout that leaves your muscles feeling challenged, your body invigorated, and your mind energized. Maximum of four participants.

Small Group Mat Class
In this sixty minute class you will be strengthening and stretching your muscles simultaneously to create a stronger, more mobile, and more balanced body. The core muscles (the muscles that attach to and surround the pelvic girdle and spine, also known as the Power House of the body) are the main focus in our Mat classes but a full body workout will be achieved.

By keeping our classes small we guarantee individual attention to each participant. Many injuries and limitations can be easily modified for in this small group setting. We do, however, recommend completing 4-10 private sessions before beginning group classes if there are significant physical injuries or limitations at hand.

The Mat repertoire can be varied to any skill level making it a great option for those that are new to Pilates or those who need to take extra care with their back, knees, and/or shoulders, while also being appropriate and challenging for the Pilates master. Maximum of six participants. Mats provided.
